He's got 6 pages of cool junk. I've seen him selling cars and parts on ebay for years now.

I've seen that before....someones who's dealt with too many tire kickers and has to get real picky now, but his terms are not unreasonable.

Hmmm, $3500 for the 40 business coupe seems alittle high, but then again I got lucky I think with getting my 40 touring sedan for $3700 running and together.

That older pontiac hearse is interestinng, 2300 bucks for a 42 Mercury looks pretty reasonalbe. He is just tires of all the yahoos that populate the innnernets these days.

Hey Mike, when we gonna see a first drive of the season video of the Plymouth??

I rather deal with a guy like this 10 to 1 than people who put 1 or 2 sentences in the description and make you play detective about what kind of condition/shipping costs/what's included/etc. An den there R da 1's dat tipe loke dis.

I feel the same way; it seems like everytime I have a car for sale the emails from scammers are endless. I've got a nice little Honda Civic I just repainted for sale on ebay and so far have gotten about 3 or 4 scam emails a day. Here's a new scam I got yesterday: they say they want to pay the asking price (sight unseen, of course) but they want you to send them a quote on what the insurance will be and they send you a link to a place called "Auto Quotes." I got three identical emails from three different people in about 4 hours. I guess they are trying to get you to use the link and give out your personal information.

I got the same replies when I advertised a car on Craigslist a couple of months ago. The reasons that they asked you to get an insurance quote were absurd. One email stated that the writer was at work and didn't have computer access, so could I please get them a quote. DUH! How could they respond to my ad without computer access?
