jorswift Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 Hey all. I found an old B&B carb , but just realized the small linkage is missing. Any idea where I can get one? Will post a pocket later. Quote
garbagestate 44 Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 Not sure which linkage is missing but those single barrel b&b's turn up routinely on ebay cheap. Quote
jorswift Posted February 2, 2012 Author Report Posted February 2, 2012 It is the smaller linkage that connects the accelerator pump. Quote
greg g Posted February 2, 2012 Report Posted February 2, 2012 You can probably make one from stiff wire. Quote

Frank Ollian Posted February 2, 2012 Report Posted February 2, 2012 You might try Mike's Carburetor Parts, he has a web site. You can also check out his You-Tube stuff. Quote
Desotodav Posted February 2, 2012 Report Posted February 2, 2012 I had a couple of my B&B carby's rebuilt recently. The first pic is a DTA2 and the second is a DTF2. The DTA2 has a slight modification to the carby by way of an additional adjusment, but the photo was posted to give you an idea of the linkage that you will need to manufacture. I hope this helps you jorswift - yours looks more like my DTF2. Desotodav Quote
jorswift Posted February 4, 2012 Author Report Posted February 4, 2012 No luck yet. Hoping to find one so I don't have to make an ugly rig job. Thanks. Quote
