John-T-53 Posted January 23, 2012 Report Posted January 23, 2012 Kind of a let down, but oh well. Not too bad for the first season on the rebound. so much for a Harbaugh match-up, too.. Quote
48Dodger Posted January 23, 2012 Report Posted January 23, 2012 Yes....but nice to know we got a team with heart again. 48D Quote
Merle Coggins Posted January 23, 2012 Report Posted January 23, 2012 They had quite the turn around from the last couple of years. Look out next year. At least your team went 1 round further than my Packers did. Merle Quote
48Dodger Posted January 23, 2012 Report Posted January 23, 2012 I was gonna mention you and the packers Merle....seems that was more of a surprise considering what they did all season. 48D Quote
smallblockjunkie Posted January 23, 2012 Report Posted January 23, 2012 They need to get rid of the punt returner. He cost them the game by giving the giants 10 points Same as the # on his jersey Quote
Dave72dt Posted January 23, 2012 Report Posted January 23, 2012 Packers really weren't that much of a surprise considering their defensive rating. They just scored more than almost everyone else during the season. I personally think they would have done better if they didn't have that off week. No one played sharp, offense and defense alike. How many dropped passes in the open? Balls thrown behind the receivers? Fumbles? They don't play any better in the cold than anyone else does either so no advatage there JMO. I watched for a while, then went out to the garage and sanded some hood panels. Quote
