Nice attention to detail. Like you said, colors are all wrong but I think it looks good anyway. Asfor your truck, some polishing compound and elbow grease will bring that paint back nicely.

That looks really good. I'm probably going to do my 230 in Chrysler Industrial Red so it will match the LA318 in my 69 D100. My current 218 is old Ford Engine Dark Blue (352FE era), looks great but the engine is bad...

My truck is for fun so I'm not worried about stone stock factory correct.

Nice engine I assume the blue is your trucks color. You may want to reroute the fuel line. That rubber hose and plastic(?) fuel filter will melt if it is as close as it looks. Also you may get some vapor lock issues.

thanks, yeah i suppose the filter is a bit close to the manifold....

i may have to re-think that one.

it did run fine like that last year, but i hear ya

yeah i know the filter is plastic........i want to hard pipe in a metal one

no it doesn't run.....hehe

putting it in this weekend

the blue looks really bright in the pictures, it's not in real life. more of a sky blue

my truck is rusty blue so...

I still have to fix my temp gauge (line broken off)

I'm going to try to put a new bulb on it.
