what is the difference between active members and members?

go to the first page of the member list, classic example..one person joined almost 2 years ago...last visit to the site was the same day he joined..while this drives the membership up, they are not actively lurking or posting..

I take it that these figures are for just for the newer format.

Strangly I was looking at the CD`s from the old format you sent me years ago.

I don`t think you would get the new format onto 2 disc`s.

First GTK thanks for putting together a great place for guys like me to learn about our cars from those in the know!

I don't post a whole lot, but I read/research as often as I can. Between remodeling a home built in 1930 and a 2 yr old son and a 5 mo. old daughter my garage time has been limited (just ask my 50 Dodge that has been waiting for me to finish the major brake rebuild I started in January).

I guess that puts me in the active lurker/old car weirdo category........ you guys please don't tell on me, will ya?

Thanks to all that make this site my refuge from the daily grind!

We were getting hit pretty hard by spammer bots till I added a registration question. Pretty much stopped the problem cold overnight.
