Has anyone heard they were making a Chirstine part 2? A friend at work was telling me this. I know Siskel and Ebert might not have rated this movie very highly but I really liked it and would hope the rumor was true, I liked it.

I think Arnie was misunderstood in the movie, I feel the same way about my old Mopar:).

I would guess 'no way.' As Michael Bay is the only director in Hollywood (since James Cameron is busy photocopying Avatar for Avatar 2), any movie has to be an advertisement for a product. No Plymouth - No Movie. Just as well... 'Christine' as played by a Neon just wouldn't work for me.

well..we could digitally enhance the Neon and turn it lose on the streets of Toyko..not quite gozilla but we have laughed at less...

Will Buddy Reperton be driving a cavalier? Sounding more like a comedy now.

He could have a new camaro. just as funny!

I laughed out loud on that as I'd had poked fun at the design of the new camaro earlier today.

They would use a different car I think. Whoever comes up with the most cash for product placement will get the gig these days.

With Plymouth out to pasture, they for sure won't use one again.

I'll bet on a Dodge Ram truck that morphs from an old one into a new one.

I'm afraid they'll ruin it if they change cars. Anything but a new plastic car though, I'd rather see an old posesed rambler than a 2010 beetle with a "haint" in it.
