1940plymouth Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 I recieved an email from a man that owns a 1938 Plymouth Pickup asking if I could ID these parts, so far, I haven't been able to. Hopefully you guys will be able to help both of us, Thanks, Bob Quote
Andydodge Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 Number 5 would be the plate that fits on the rear of the front bumper bar to align the crank handle to go thru the grille.....no idea about the rest tho'...........andyd Quote
David Strieb Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 #4 Might be part of the radiator to frame mounting plate #5 ditto what andyd said #6 is whats left of the tin that mounts to the toeboard around the steering colum and pedals. the one in the lower right looks familiar, but I can't place it....the rest don't look like they belong. greg g Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 7 are either the brake and clutch pedal draft blockers or the body seals that go around the bumper brackets. Quote
Young Ed Posted April 18, 2010 Report Posted April 18, 2010 #4 looks like the piece that goes on the bottom of the seat to allow it to adjust. my 46 pickup has a piece that looks quite similar only i have 4 seat positions(aka 4 holes) #3 kinda looks like a windshield hinge Quote
Jerry Roberts Posted April 19, 2010 Report Posted April 19, 2010 # 3 looks like a hinge for the swing out windshield . Quote
Andydodge Posted April 19, 2010 Report Posted April 19, 2010 Is #1 a divining rod to use to find where exactly our mopar 6 is leaking water?.......lol...........seriously tho' .......no idea what it is.......andyd Quote
