P-12 Tommy Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 Hi everybody. I live in Melbourne, Florida and currently own a 1941 P-12 four door sedan. I know it's not a late 40's model, but I figured there is a lot of common stuff on these cars.I've had it almost 2 years. I've been working on it myself. Just thought i'd drop in and say howdy. dirty dan Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 Welcome to the forum. You'll find some older cars here and some great information. Quote
P-12 Tommy Posted May 20, 2009 Author Report Posted May 20, 2009 Thanks dirtydan for the welcome. I've been driving Mopars since the early 70's. Mostly Dodge Chargers(10 of the them) My parent's had a 41 Plymouth back in 1950. A dark blue one. Mine's a mellow yellow color. It still has the original drivetrain in it. As soon as I figure out how to upload a couple of pics I will. Tom Quote
RobertKB Posted May 20, 2009 Report Posted May 20, 2009 Welcome to the forum. Lots of cars here that are not P15's or D24's. I have a '48 Dodge D25 (Canadian model) as well as a '38 Chrysler and a '53 Plymouth. Lots of members also have different year cars. It's a great group and if you can't get a question answered on this forum about your old car you will never get it answered. There are some very knowledgeable people here. Hope you keep your car stock as the old flathead is a great engine and gives that "old car" feel. Quote
TJM70's_48 Posted May 20, 2009 Report Posted May 20, 2009 From one new guy named Tom to another...welcome aboard. I have only had my car for about 6 weeks. This seems to be the most useful stop for cars of our vintage on the WWW. -Tom Quote
P-12 Tommy Posted May 20, 2009 Author Report Posted May 20, 2009 I've been running through this site for awhile now and I really like it. Tom Quote
