A buddy of mine alerted me of this, saying "I found you the perfect parts truck!!". It is apparently a couple of mines from where he lives.

Btw, I was joking suggesting it was a parts truck. It is apparently someone's lawn ornament at this point.

Okay, I got a reply from my buddy:

It's on the northwest corner of Plum Road and Hoskins Road outside of Caldwell, ID. If you put "Plum Road & Hoskins Road, Caldwell, ID" in for a location on Google Maps, it'll pull it right up. It's up behind the barn.

Since the tree looks like its been there a while it's not much of an add for a workhorse PH truck. Looks like is gave up the ghost very early in life of that is a fast growing tree. It might have a tap root right in a well.
