I imagine I could look this question up, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Why is it the low side truck beds are flat panels (no beads, flares, or impressions)?

The low sided beds were actually hold overs from the 39-47 beds Tim.

Hey Tim....should I stop holding my breath about an offer for the fear fenders ?:D

Bud, There are 3 different sized boxes. in most cases the 1/2 tons were short, the 3/4 tons were medium, and the 1 tons were real long. I did see a 3/4 ton once with the medium low sided box. Sure . I'll trade if you do the work.

Bud, is your bed for a 116" wheel base? I just can't seem to find a long box close enough. I see lots for 108"

Reg, I need the rear fenders, so whatever you think is fair is fine with me. I looked at mine again and dont feel that inspired to make'em "nice". :D I think Jim told me his body guy spent more time on the rear fenders than any other panel. And thx for the bedside info.

Egad men!!!

I have a B2C that I cannot for the life of me find a bed for nearby. I'll wipe a tear away now for the one Bud is going to cut up.

*Sigh* I'll keep plodding along here in NY and try to find one. :P
