Did about 20 miles in nice sunshine. Car ran great! much more fun to drive it than to work on it. Makes the efforts worthwile.

How about some pics for us Northern boys, like to see what it looks like in the Boro on January 1st. How is the weather there today, I was snow blowing the driveway earlier, it was about 5 with a strong north wind, I was thinking to myself, most of you guys on here wouldn't be too partial to this weather..........Happy New Year BTW

I didn't take a New Year's Day drive but we did take the coupe out yesterday. We went lunch, experienced sun shine and snow flurries and more sun shine.

Snowed in in Stanley Id at my folks cabin. The hiways in and out of here are closed due to new snow fall and avalanche danger. Not a bad place to be though.... Checking in to the forum with my christmas present, an iPhone. Amazing to be connected from the middle of no-where...

Glad you are able to take a new years spin in your race car Don, wish I could do the same

I know what you mean regarding the iPhone Pete. My wife got one recently and was reading my email to me while we were driving along at 55 mph in the mountains of Montana. Sure beats counting license plates on a long road trip! Truly amazing.

Glad you got the hot rod out for a cruise. I hear that when you leave your garage, the local lawmen keep an eye on you.

The wimpy furds the law men drive are no contest for my Desoto powered hot rod.

When I saw the 49? Dodge, I thought "that is a nice car" and when I saw the truck, I figured " this is a Mopar guy for sure" and when I saw the last pictures I thought " Holy S**T, I like to see more of that." :D Thanks.
