Frank Elder
Can the 1 piece hood fit the D-24? And if so, what is involved? ON a more serious note, does anyone have the cure for mucho cerveza [PBR&Pickled Eggs] ands bad culinary choices? GROAN!!!!!!!
Don Coatney
No to both questions. However with enough PBR and pickled eggs anything is possible.
Frank Elder
The butterfly hood setup is visually pleasing, very re stricting also. I Know a onesy has been in a car mag, Ive seen it. He chopped the top, Put round parking lamps in the front with a square tube grill, and it was orangish with yellow flame job. I can remember all that doo-doo but not if it was an aftermarket or homemade? Obrother in Omaha!

JIPJOBXX
There is one ugly Dodge in town that the guy for some reason welded the two wings hoods together and made it open from the front. I do not know why he did this but it sure looks like poop.
Normspeed
Frankie, might be hard to find in Nebraska, but the local cure for the Cerveza aftermath is a bowl of Menudo, with the works.
eric wissing
Frankie, I am 85 miles north of ya. I bet Menudo is close to ya. We have had an influx of south of the border food for the past 40 years, Meat Packing town. We need the divirsity in cusine badly. 46mopar.
Find a Chrysler Windsor hood I think you can cut it down and make it work better the P-15 hood.
Frank Elder
It would sure give more material to work with as you would need to add metal to the p-15 hood. I still have an extra d-24 hood but it really doesn't have the bracing to make it safe. Thanks
Plymouthy Adams
there are kits out there to allow welding of the hood down the middle and then mount the dual hinges as the old Buick had..open left or right...
Frank Elder
Tim, I had a 48 roadmaster, fireball 8, was amazed when it came to engine access! Right, left, or just POP it off.. it did make me nervous going down the road but nothing ever happened.
