  1. That fire truck is a thing of beauty, but the green one on the trailer takes the prize
  2. I love the "paint". I would just clear coat it.
  3. Whatta truck. I am most impressed with the engine. I don't have much if anything to complain about my truck, but I sure wish my "under the hood" looked as good as yours. Great job.
  4. I like it too! IMO the best non-original grill I've seen.
  5. REM, Your progress looks great for just having the truck a few months. If you ever need to see my truck as reference I'm only a mile away. My bed is red oak with many many coats of poly.
  6. Like Reg, I too have always liked the side mounted spare tire. I can't believe I procrastinated for so long. Everything I need has been sitting in my garage for over a year now and the install took me less than an hour. What do ya think?
  7. Just curious. What was he asking for the ex-fire truck?
  8. Personally, I like "Old Iron Since 1949" which one of the forum members has on his truck. I may have to steal the idea.
  9. Great photos. I love the vintage flatbed truck with the vintage tractor on board.
  10. Jim I am now officially envious. You have multiple trucks, a vintage camper and live in the great state of Texas!
  11. I decided to add some lettering to my wood stakes. I know the decription is a little redundant but I couldn't come up with anything better. I basically provided Kinkos with a file and a few days later the ready-to-apply decal of vinyl letters was available for quick install. I am thinking about adding some lettering and graphic on my doors similar to the photo attached.
  12. The truck doesn't do much for me, but I sure would like to see more photos of the camper behind it.
  13. I really want to view your video's but my website guardian at work seems to think your videos contain p0rn0graphy. I know the time and money we spend on our hobby can be obscene but his is rediculous:D
  14. Damn nice job Allan! Where have you been hiding this one?
  15. 48D, I think you've already accomplished something no one ever has. You used "Dodge Pilothouse" and "130 MPH" in the same sentence. I admire your conviction. Good luck.
  16. Mike, Your post really cracked me up. From start to finish. Your signature line about buffalo wings is great!
  17. Between the foot stomp starter, throttle and choke knob, no shift pattern, and the double clutch requirement, I have all the theft deterrent that i need
  18. Glad to hear your excitement. Reminds me of my enthusiasm 3 years ago. One you get her going, you will be surprised by the amount of waves, thumbs up, request for honks etc that you get here in Fairfield County.
  19. No point in me taking a photo of your truck when it rolls through my neigborhood. By the time I take the photo, download it to my computer and email it to you, it will be in your driveway. I am probably just a mile or 2 from you. As you can attest, last weekend's weather was nice, so my truck got its first use of the season. Can't wait t see how your project comes along. My truck is always available for reference if you need it. Good Luck!
  20. Awesome collection of Dodge trucks ya got there!
  21. I like the classic look as well. I so wish I could afford this 48 Panhead listed on eBay right now.
  22. I am a sucker for new technology, so I spent a little time with this new type of presentation software. In order to motivate myself, I used subject matter that excites me --My truck - "Rojo"
