  1. Need some more help please. I need a photo of a 46 to 49 early Dodge firewall showing what comes out of each of the grommet holes. i.e. wiring, oil pressure, temp and so on. Thanks.
  2. passenger side stainless is done. I have most of the drivers side done as well. Just the long piece over the rear fender left but am waiting on some clips. I don't want to polish it and then let it lay around the shop for a week. Took a look at the grill. It had a few small dents that I was able to mostly get out. Can't take it apart, looks to be spot welded together, so it's not going to be polished as I can't get into the nooks and crannies.
  3. Thanks BC. I figured that the one end hooked to the cable tab but couldn't find the other tab.\
  4. My coupe did not have either spring on the hood release bars when I got it. I'd like to put them in to pull the release cable back tight when they have been pulled. The spring is in the lower left on the photo. Can someone take a photo or at least tell me where the spring is suppose to connect to the bar and to the body? I'd appreciate any help.
  5. Chris that's where my gap is also. Front left.

  12. here's mine with all the sheet metal back on. Still have trim and interior to do.
  13. My problem was the front end. Too large of a gap and I can't raise the front anymore.
  14. I've worked about 20 hours putting the hood on. What a pain in the a55. Driver's side still isn't quite there but I can't get it any closer. If anyone wants to know what the ride height for the Moog springs is this is what mine looks like. Just the grill and a few small pieces of chrome and the interior left for more weight.
  15. A file. I filed them not filled them. lol
  16. Yes. I straightened them, filed them, sanded and then polished.

  21. I've seen people use body putty for this but I didn't believe that it would last. We'll see on the JB. KH the main plastic like stuff on the wheel is really soft. I would not put it in an oven.
