Anyone use a 6V optima battery are they any good ? Are all their 6V batteries that weird shape? I thought I read that there is a cover you can use to make it look normal size is this true?

yes it has 5 buttons, I guess 1400 is 14 on the dial ? If there is any signal it should be easy to adjust, what if it is just static, do I adjust to make the static sound better ?

yes mine has dials under each button there is also an adjustment on the bottom of the radio that says adjust to 1400 kc what does that mean?
