  1. Are you ridng on hard old bias plys or nice soft radials ? Too much air pressure maybe ?
  2. If you are going to remove the front clip you could leave them together during the R and R. It can be done without removing the clip but it's much more difficult.
  3. Don......I only wish I had been an air to that throne.
  4. Next time you drop in I'll show ya. It's sorta like taking your living room out on the water and defying all the laws of physics and man.
  5. What !?!?! I'd answer your question if I could butt, I guess it's that generation gap thing again.
  6. Well, thanks to "iamikey" (the seller) I've gathered ,just today, that there are 17" and also 19" diameter fan blades......and to think this bit of trivia has been hanging on my wall ,unappreciated, for many years. So....you guys with just a slight overheating problem ( say 5 or 6 degrees too many) might solve the problem by installing a truck ( I'm guessing ) fan blade of the same vintage. Must be a car/truck difference. Thanks boxer_inv.

  16. I see the truck has the fresh air heater parts and hard to find cables. Nice! I noticed the heater cables are installed under the center of the dash. Does that interfere with the operation of the cowl vent ? The controls are usually mounted to the left of the steering column. Have you give the engine a compression test ?
  17. You got that right Jon. Just remember to put a little extra air in them back tires
  18. Joel, I just measured a spare glass I have. It's a rectangle measuring exactly 26" by 9 15/16" with 2" radiused corners. Glass is 3/16" thick. Save the postage and make your own pattern from these measurements or ......I'll send you this glass for $25. Reg
  19. Sounds like fun Jon. Here's the bank of 6 volt golf cart batteries I had in my all electric patio boat. Nearly 400 lbs. Talk about heavy......they outweighed the 35 hp 2 cycle motor I replaced with the electric motors.
  20. Do these help Dan? 50 1/2 ton 3 on the tree.
