    Here is the message on the Earl Scheib Web Site. Dennis:cool: Effective July 16, 2010, Earl Scheib, Inc. has ceased operations nationwide. Each store is now independently owned and operated by a person unaffiliated with Earl Scheib, Inc.     It was only 113 in Las Vegas yesterday. I know it isn't easy to keep up with the young ones, and they have another one (Max) on the way. He is scheduled to be born on August 30th. Dennis:D

    James, Thank You for asking. I'm here, I have been spending more time as a crew member on our Grandsons Quarter Midget Race Car in Las Vegas. We will be going to the show at Big Bear Lake on the 13th then back to Vegas for another race, but who can say no when asked to help by your 6 year old grandson? I can't. Dennis:cool:

    Here are some photos I took at the High Desert Vintage Tin, 33rd Annual Fun Run, held at the Shady Oasis Camp Ground, on 25, 26 & 27 June 2010 in Victorville, California. This is a campout & Car Show, The Video was taken by the host club's webmaster. Our car is at about 3.25 Minutes.     The Dodge took home an award at the show from the staff at Calico Ghost Town as their pick of a car that belonged at Calico Ghost Town. Dennis:cool:

    Here are some photos that I took at the Car Show at Calico Ghost Town last weekend. This Dodge showed up at the show and the owner is getting it on the road, He has the engine running good and brakes so far. I gave him this web site for information.     That is another thing I like about this show, they have a DJ during the day and a band at night playing oldies, if you turn on your own music they will ask you to please turn it off and if you don't, the Tribal Police will escort you and your vehicle off the property. One of our club members won Best of the 70's with his Blue 70 Mustang Mach 1 and he also won Best Mustang at the show. They had a 50/50 drawing each day, On Thursday the take was $500. On Friday it was $1,150. and On Saturday it was $1,500. We tried but didn't win. Dennis:cool:

    That's why I like this show, I can stay out with the cars and my wife can sit at the slot machines and we are both happy. And as a added bonus she won enough to paid for the trip (room & gas). Dennis:cool:

    Well, at the awards this morning the 41 Plymouth took the Presidents Award (Best of Show). Here is a photo of my 48 and some other vehicles at the show. We had a lots of fun and I had a lot of people stop and talk to me about the P15; The temp was in the mid 80's to low 90's all weekend. The rest of the photos will be on hotrodhotline.com later this week, and there are a lot of photos as there was over 300 cars at the show. Dennis:cool:
