Just wondering if anyone has any pictures of their finished 51-52 plymouth sedan. Im just wanting to get some ideas of colors and also interior. Im thinking about plum crazy and maybe white interior but not positive on the interior color.

So if anyone can post some pictures, hot rodded or original either is great and much appreciated.

Also, has anyone taken out the flatty and put in a 318 or some other modern day v8?

Thanks

Go to carnut.com http://www.carnut.com/

Use the car pix index on the upper right.

Then find Plymouth, then the year and see what they show.

Most will be street rod/customs, but you may get some ideas.

Also look on ebay under the plymouth cars for sale section.

There are usually some there in varying condition. And the

offerings change weekly.

ive looked at carnut, they have like 5 total from 51-52 and they are in pretty much original/restored condition.

Google image is the same way, nothing as far as rodded out just pretty much original or restored pictures.

Nope that was all I had. I do have a few custom 50s that I left out though.

Wow, some great looking Plymouths.

Is that a '40 Plymouth convertible to the left of the greenish convertible in from of the stadium stands?

Would you have another photo showing that one?

Thanks,

Bob

Nice looking car Bud!

Is the paint a Suede or is it the light?

just the light, it looks miles deep. Best thing, I got the color off Ebay for $39.95 a gallon. Put a good clearcoat over the top and viola, great loooks with an inexpensive price tag. Bud :D

This car is from my neck of the woods, The owner is a member of the local car club I belong, he is a very nice man, and he loves his plymouths, back in the fifties or sixties he drove a 41 coupe he told me that one time the engine completly drained of oil, but it kept running like nothing had gone wrong, added some oil and it was fine again, at least for a few miles.

Gorgeous. What color is your interior?

Whats funny is thats the exact wheels im looking at as well. Have always loved the smoothies. Little lighter purple than i had imagined, but if thats plum crazy then thats what itll be. Was thinking the 70 cudas were a little darker, but maybe im just blind. :D
