Jim Yergin Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 I finally got the grille installed on my P12 wagon. What really slowed me down was polishing the approximately 30 pieces of stainless trim and fabricating new fasteners. Still have to install the windshield glass and the hood but at least I am one step closer to being back on the road. Jim Yergin Quote
Don Coatney Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 Jim; You best have it on the road in a couple of weeks. I am driving over 700 miles to see it at Sulley. Quote

Rodney Bullock Posted June 7, 2008 Report Posted June 7, 2008 Jim, the 1941 has one of the most hansome fronts of all the prewar Plymouths. I know the bib on the front was time consuming. It's a work of art. I like that color as well. It's all down hill from here:) You have made some light year advances in just a few months, please keep it up. Rodney Quote

Jim Yergin Posted June 8, 2008 Author Report Posted June 8, 2008 Bob, I don't know about the car but there is certainly a smile on my face at this stage. Thanks to everyone for the kind comments and encouragement. It means a lot coming from those who know first hand what all is involved in getting to this point. Jim Yergin Quote
