Tim, I was given the OK this afternoon, she wasn't home to sign for the certified letter Saturday. She got it this morning and called me, it is mine now.I'll arrange pick-up Wednesday morn. I may be testing it towards Elko before I make a trip to the Boro !!! Richie.

Thanks Tim, Don, Pat S, Bob Westphal and Bob T. We just got back home, had a busy day traveling to family and friends houses. Don, I'm going to have to "get" you for calling my new ride a sleigh!!! It is more like a "bobsled" !! I will give you for-warning when I head to the Boro.

What year is that hudson? One of my neighbors has a 50 I believe being restored at the same shop that did my dads 51. Its a yellow conv with red leather interior and an 8cyl. It should see the road next summer.

Ed, it is a 50, 3 speed overdrive,buying it from the third owner.I still have my 47 Plymouth. Richie

I haven't really seen the front of the neighbors but the side looks very similar. They've been having trouble with the power windows and I think the top mech. Its getting quite close to done though.

Ed, They are really nice cars, and a conv. is expensive !! Too rich for my blood !! I'll have to stay with my 2 door and 4 door. Richie.

He's owned this conv since the early 80s I think. A long time anyways. Its been in the shop forever too. I think it went in before my dads car came out in the late 90s.
