Your vehicle has a family story of generational pleasure in a fine automobile. Seems like that will continue, given your son's involvement with you. Somehow, all these enhancements seem to suit this vehicle too. I am envious of some of the folks you are able to collaborate with in these projects - George Ashe etc. To be fair though, I don't devalue some of the guys down here in NZ. greg g Posted June 29 Report Posted June 29 (edited) Here is a video from 2011 of my 46 Plymouth doing a long uphill climb in NY'S Catskill Mtns. Fresh rebuilt 56 Plymouth 230 with dual George Ashe Carters on a Fenton intake. It probably had about 7000 miles on it back the. Is your conversion to a two carbs posted on the forum? Also I change the oil pan on my 56 motor to a pan with the pick up in the rear to accommodate the steering, I assume you did the same. Quote
greg g Posted July 8 Report Posted July 8 Carbs not really documented. I put up a couple shots of my shade tree hardware store throttle linkage but was back in 2004 or so. Yes I swapped oil pan and pickup plumbing from 218 to 230. Starter and generator as well. Quote
