Yes, I like your truck.  I'll look you up to see if you have posted more photos.

As for your transmission, I'm thinking a good place to begin is to lift the gear box cover plate and look for the synchro shift plates and stop rings, located along side of the clutch gear. its possible the gear box is non-synchronous.?

Yes the gear box is non-synchro. I've gotten used to doing the double-clutch, so, I'm not going to worry about it. ?

Terry, I didn't realize you had started this thread!  I'm not sure what happened but the pictures in your posts are no longer visible, at least to me.  

 

I thought you had completed your truck years ago, I didn't realize it was actually just a few months ago.  It's amazing how long these projects can take :)
