matt black Posted November 9, 2021 Report Posted November 9, 2021 Greetings from Scotland, im new to the site and looking for some advice please. I have a 1953 B3B pilothouse and i am trying to remove the front leaf springs. Can you tell me if the hanger (nearest rear of truck) is right hand or left hand thread. It is the drivers side i am doing. The passenger side i have managed to remove but struggling with drivers side. Thanks Quote

Dave72dt Posted November 12, 2021 Report Posted November 12, 2021 Drivers side I believe to be left hand thread, assuming driver side is on the left, standing behind the truck. 1 Quote

Solga Posted November 13, 2021 Report Posted November 13, 2021 Wow, just showing how much I don't know, and yet I learn something else new, to me anyway. Left handed threads on not just wheels, but other places on these trucks ! Adam Quote
