Greetings from Scotland, im new to the site and looking for some advice please. I have a 1953 B3B pilothouse and i am trying to remove the front leaf springs. Can you tell me if the hanger (nearest rear of truck) is right hand or left hand thread. It is the drivers side i am doing. The passenger side i have managed to remove but struggling with drivers side.

Drivers side I believe to be left hand thread, assuming driver side is on the left, standing behind the truck.

Here's what I have documented on my 1951 B3B.

Drivers side rear lower bushing is LH thread
Drivers side front lower bushing is LH thread
Passenger side rear lower bushing is RH thread
Passenger side front lower bushing is RH thread
All upper bushings are RH thread

Wow, just showing how much I don't know, and yet I learn something else new, to me anyway.

Left handed threads on not just wheels, but other places on these trucks !
