Loren Posted February 28, 2021 Report Posted February 28, 2021 They have a special shape. I don't believe you can get new ones but www.vintagepowerwagons.com has recycled ones. Expect to pay dollars for something that should cost cents. Quote
James_Douglas Posted February 28, 2021 Report Posted February 28, 2021 Cudan, Flywheel bolt 871685 1936 to 1954 Plymouth, Dodge, and Truck Special Hardened Steel 7/16-20 x 1-9/32" long (Your up early Loren) Best, James {PS. It is nice to have an old MOPAR parts database online. Years ago someone had it online and they did not restrict their database for the use of wildcards. I was able to download the whole thing and stick it in a MS Access Database. Now I can look up parts in my books and x-ref them with the Access Database!} 1 Quote

Sniper Posted February 28, 2021 Report Posted February 28, 2021 I wonder how well ARP 743-1250 would work? .030" shorter than 1 9/32 (1.28125") Quote

Of course I wonder way I bother to list the size ? Quote
Sniper Posted March 1, 2021 Report Posted March 1, 2021 Summit racing has them in stock, Amazon shows some in stock, Ebay shows some selling. Summit is cheapest by far. Still need nuts and whatnot though. ARP's spec sheet on the bolt https://arp-bolts.com/kits/arpkit-detail-b.php?RecordID=3336 I plan to have the machine shop tap my crank and go with ARP 1/2" bolts Quote
