Above the windshield there are Holes for a small tag, one side had the seat instructions, looks like there are holes for same size tag on other side... any idea what goes there?

That is above the passenger side ... no idea about on the drivers side ... 2 trucks had air ride plate while never saw a plate on drivers side.

I need to add, on drivers side I do have a dome light ... I always thought it was a after market add on ... who knows?

Them extra holes could be for weight reduction or for seat instruction tag for Right Hand Drivers...

basically everything is mirrored as JB said for the left hand drivers in the world.

 

There were never stock lights on the wind shield side of the cab.  The dome lights were installed in the rear centered over the center window up from the cab seam a little bit.  MoPaR lights of the era were rectangular and not oval as well.
