Countryss Posted November 1, 2020 Author Report Posted November 1, 2020 Ok so green wire on starter goes to sisston choke, one blue wire goes from relay to relay, other blue wire goes from relay to distributor and then i lose it in harness, square top relay is connected directly to battery Quote
Countryss Posted November 1, 2020 Author Report Posted November 1, 2020 Upon removal of top this is how I found it Quote
Countryss Posted November 1, 2020 Author Report Posted November 1, 2020 Took carb apart and everything looked fine. Needle and seat is there and float is in hinge. Put it all back and hit throttle twice and it started coming out again. Also this isn't coming from dash pot but from underneath where throttle is Quote
Countryss Posted November 1, 2020 Author Report Posted November 1, 2020 Also yes there was fuel in intake upon removal Quote
busycoupe Posted November 1, 2020 Report Posted November 1, 2020 Take the carb off and check theplugs screwed into the bottom of it. Quote
Countryss Posted November 1, 2020 Author Report Posted November 1, 2020 Checked them. Both have washers and both tight Quote
greg g Posted November 1, 2020 Report Posted November 1, 2020 Can't really tell from the picture but it doesn't look like the float pin is seated and secured in it's slot. I havent messed with the dodge carb, but the Carter on thenPlymouth has a little spring steel piece that seats the pivot pin when the top is tightened. But your carb could be different. Quote
