Year and/or Model Dodge?

Based on the fact there are running boards..pre WWII and based on what little I can see of the hood..saying it is a 1939...fish eye lens slight distored this image..

This looks a lot like it. 1939 Plymouth 4 door sedan. Louver on the hood looks the same. Split back glass.

SPEED LINES on the fenders are a good indicator and the shape of the headlights will confirm it is a 39. Seems all the makers expiremented with headlamp shapes in 39, and in most cases it was a 1 year deal.
