I am currently running a set of stock ford bronco 2 wheels on my b2b that are a perfect fit I am wondering if there is any reason I can’t run the calipers from the same model?

There's at leas a couple of companies that have done the research to do a disc conversion.  As far as I know, they're not casting rotors  or calipers but using off the shelf components, building their own brackets and supplying hardware and instructions.  Rustyhope was one of the first and a member here.  A search will bring up a lot of hits.

The Scarbird kit for the 54+ uses a custom machined aluminum hub and ranger/bronco rotors. Back in the day, the old kit used your stock hub after removing the rivets and drums and had then disc rotors. Not sure if the model they fit though.
