We've had discussions on wheel pin stripes before. You may find those posts if you do a forum search. I'm on my iPhone at present otherwise I would have sent you a link.

Best suggestion is to go to a good auto paint store that sells pin striping paint look throught their colors and pick out the best color match that you can find.  even the judges at the AACA will not notice if the color is not a perfect match back to a color that was used back inthe 30s 40 50 and 60's.   Unless you have an original rim that has never been exposed to the sunlight then you would have a true original color to match against but over time all colors fade and darken.

If you want a driver car do not worry about the perfect match once a car has been repainted the perfect match is gone because of the changes in the paint pigments and properties so really there is not perfect total ground up restoration cars or truck if you relly think about the wording total ground up restoration to look original.  A total original is a car or truck that has never been repainted and or restored just maintained.

this discussion came up long back and I made a note in my folder as to the three stripes, their width etc and the colors they were painted.  I just pulled my folder and unfortunately there was not any discussion as to a paint code for the aforementioned colors.  Auto Color Library may have the trim codes for that year...these trim codes are usually annotated on the reverse side of the actual color sheets when produced...maybe a quick note to their tech department will yield some insight or source someone with the actual DuPont sheets from the era.  Good luck

Correct, but it's an old thread and no one identified the Gold Bronze paint to use.

I found the thread as this provided an answer to the second question which you put forward....

I still haven't pinstriped the wheels on my blue 52 truck. Maybe one day as I reckon they would look good with silver stripes!

this might be a good reference for you....when you go to your local paint jobber, odds are they stock a variety of 3M pin striping tape...find a color that you believe is acceptable and ask them to mix to that sample.
