That is a local car owned by Murray Pfaff. A lot of the welding was done by Tom Langdon's son (whose wife Doni is editor of Throttle Gals Magazine). Murray is a designer who has done a lot of work for big name car builders. Doni has a nice custom '59 Chevy the she built. Somewhere I read a story of them building it
