I got the generator and starter back from Vintage Power Wagon and got them installed.  Holy smoke, I didn't know a 6 volt flathead could turn over so fast.  I never remember it turning over so quickly.  Yahoo.  Anyway, Dolly made her first work run this weekend.  She tool a load of limbs to the dump. Good to be back on the road.

Thats a really great looking truck ! Mine got a little workout as well this weekend hauling a load of mesquite that I trimmed. Its funny how using ,working on and hauling stuff in my '49 makes things fun and enjoyable that would normally be just plain work if it was being done with my '94 .

I have a 6v starter on my 12 volt Suburban and it really whirrs when I hit that starter button.

Do you have more Dodge horsepower or four legged horse power? :P
