translation is fine...the marking are interesting...we did not get body marking of that sort in US...I would think by looking that this hand stamp for whatever the reason they exist was just a poor alignment when the two codes were hand stamped in place.

Is there a way you could post pictures of the other tags on the firewall opposite this as we also do not get similar tags here...would be interesting to see what data is there...

That third picture appears to be the block stamping........which starts with "P15".........which would indicate that to be a Plymouth 1946-48

engine. Very similar to a Dodge motor.

Looks like the engine was a replacement at some time.  As the firewall tag has one starting with D25, so I would think someone had it replaced with a P15 Engine. Look down one the engine block and see if there is a brass tag riveted to the block.  That would suggest a factory or licensed rebuilt engine was installed.  It was pretty common practice to do and engine swap rather than a time consuming rebuild of the original engine.

Is your car a Plymouth body with Dodge trim, like in Canada, or a Dodge Body (longer wheelbase, front fenders continuing into the frond doors?

Many Chrysler cars were shipped as knockdowns.  Unassembled subsections that were assembled in European Countries either in Chrysler factories or by contracted assembly plants.  Yours could have been one of those assembled in the Rotterdam factory even though the fire wall tag says made in Detroit. These were done this way to avoid the taxes and import fees applied to a fully assembled automobile.

You might want to read the information about the variety of exports that Chrysler corp was providing the world market.  this can be found on the ALL PAR website.

This is stamped on the firewall of my '37. I know there was a metal tag with a body number, but it isn't on my car (lost). On my registration, they have a number P4xxxxxxxxBC for the vehicle number. I also know this is correct (Going to have to change this). My serial number starts with 10104xxxx (made in Detroit). The car is a P4 and it is a Business Coupe (BC).
