wdoland Posted February 19, 2015 Report Posted February 19, 2015 I'm curious as to why people cover or Photoshop their license plate when they post it for sale? In the real world, hundreds if not thousands of people see the plate every day. 1 Quote

Frank Elder Posted February 19, 2015 Report Posted February 19, 2015 The same idiots that cut their names off of magazines when they donate them to the doctors office............. 2 Quote
TodFitch Posted February 19, 2015 Report Posted February 19, 2015 Paranoia. Same unknown reason the plates are blocked on the unreality TV shows. For an unreality show it might make sense as they often show crimes but until the court rules on it everything is "alleged" and if later found innocent (or at least "not guilty") the show could be liable for damages. But for a normal everyday situation where no crime is alleged I don't see the problem. Quote

Therein lies the problem. On the TV unreality car shows what they do to cars may very well be criminal acts. Quote
Captain Neon Posted February 19, 2015 Report Posted February 19, 2015 Before we moved to Colorado, we got permission to park a car at the landlord's office. My wife wanted me to take the plates off the car before we went back. I asked her if she took the plates off her car every time she went to work too. 2 Quote
