Tulsa, the missing ingredient

Apparently the folks forgot to lube up the water pump ont he 57, the bearings gave out and the rest is history. The product below is about 3/4 full, was found among the stuff up in the floor joists in Dad's basement. I'll be loading it up in a small grease gun. Maybe we'll hafta start a pass around for you folks with zerks on yer pumps.

That stuff won't work on a Mopar, it doesn't say Mopar Water Pump grease. Has to be official Mopar grease for it to be any good.

Well the old man ran only mopars from 41 till about 80 or so.

I am only repeating what just about everyone says, use Mopar in a Mopar, Ford in a Ford, etc. Going by that, the grease has to be Mopar.

put a mopar decal above the word grease and it will work fine.i tend to use company products sometimes but not married to the idea. i haven't found mopar air for my tires yet. dennis

Mopar air is out there..you just need to get up to the right speed in order to compress it...

Plus there is a lot of Mopar hot air on this site. Just can it and use it later.

Norm..don't know about the hot air..but was talking to my stock broker yesterday..he advise me to "hold my water and pass my gas"
