Im a mopar guy and have a 70 superbee,68 dart and I drive a new 2500 cummings ram my wife even has a dodge nitro. Not sure if I want to hot rod the car or leave it yet. Hope you like.

Assuming your car is not made in Canada the original engine measures 23 inches from the front of the head to the rear of the head. A 251 engine measures 25 inches and this engine was used in Canadian built cars as well as American Chryslers and Desoto's.

I'm a "It's your car do what you want with it" type of person, but it would be almost criminal to hack that beauty up.

Hop up a 230 and drop it in but please don't hack away at that thing

Man......a great looking coupe, appears to be in very good original condition.   Those have gotten harder to find.

It can serve as a good example for others as to how they were when new with all their specific parts and trim.

Many cars have been taken apart, parts lost, etc......and the repair and parts books only contain so much

information regarding how things went together.

Anyway.......welcome.

Few more. To be honest I got the car to flip so I could put the money into my other cars but I really like it so on the fence keep it ,sell it or custom?  My wife really likes it and said just keep it.

WElcome to the best Mopar forum around, that's a very nice coupe you have there....as said, your car, your choice but I'd be putting an extra carby, maybe finned head, headers, beehive filter and a slight lowering job.......would still be appreciated by us hot rodders, (well me anyway, lol) but would fit in with the stock guys also.......as said, a nice car......regards from sunny Sth Grafton Australia..............andyd

Love it! It's in great shape.

My vote keep it a while and drive it with the Boss. Thinking that your- may sell/modify ideas will fade away. at least I hope they do.

Enjoy.

It appears that the seat has been redone with vinyl.........it would have been cloth.

The bumper guards have been removed from both bumpers.
