Got my new shop where I can now start wrenching again, so got to get Phoenix back on the road. The 'bakelite" on the steering wheel is shot, I do not think it would hold up. SO. . . I've got several nice CAR wheels but the hub to the shaft is different. Any way, short of a new steering shaft of using a car wheel on a truck post?

Hank I have a VERY nice steering wheel for a B1/B2....no cracks and in GREAT condition!

I'm looking at the wheel this morning, it appears to be better than I had remembered, so I am going to smooth it out and repaint it. Going to leave the cracks, they are a part of the Phoenix experience.

Paul;

Is this the ultra rare optional heated wheel ? I suppose it is not all that rare.....it sounds well done. :huh:

Jeff

Glad to hear you are back on it.
