(OT) Tire chains for antique tire sizes?

Regarding snow and old cars, one of these days I've got to get my '33 up into the Sierra for some winter photos. But when the photography is good (immediately after a big storm) there is generally "chain control" on the roads. Anyone know of a source for tire chains that would fit 17-550 tires?

 

Tod, I would check With Chris on the P15 forum, I bet he would know for sure

You might have luck searching for motorcycle tire chains.

take your car to a friends place before it snows...then get your pictures..once clear grab the car and get out of town..actually I see no purpose to drive in the snow just for a pic of the car..I know what my car looks like..I know what snow looks like...I care not to look at my car in the snow..
