Bingster Posted August 27, 2016 Report Posted August 27, 2016 I'd like to know how to remove the two radio control knobs on my '47 Desoto. They don't have set screws like the clear plastic knobs. When I remove the radio - which I assume is held fast at least by the two bolts at the rear of it - I can't see how the knobs come with it. Maybe the knobs are press fit but I don't want to screw up anything. Quote

Dodgeb4ya Posted November 15, 2021 Report Posted November 15, 2021 The metal backed dash pads are retained by 3/8" nuts on studs on the backside of the dash and can be difficult to access. Quote
