Not sure what it is but that is a great picture. Thanks for posting. Both the house and car look like they have seen better days and are ready for spring and rejuvenation.

I'm thinking its' a 38-41 Oldsmobile. The 'icon' at the top of the grill looks like an Olds. But not sure either. Great  pic, I put it on my screensaver.

RobertKB, the photo was taken by a friend of mine who is also a cancer survivor.  She lives in Alberta.  It is a great photo isn't.

pflaming, I also have it as a screen saver

I am thinking GM also, but wasn't sure of the make or year.  I had thought maybe '39 Chevrolet

Thanks for the comments

Alberta, that is my neck of the woods. Can you be a bit more specific on location as that could be anywhere in the province really. I am glad your friend here is a survivor just as you are.

Hopefully, one day the car and house can both be preserved.

It is surely not 1939 Chevrolet, the grille was way more sharp nose and hood also much more pointy.

It could be 1938 Chevy, but most likely it is a 1937 pontiac Silver Streak, same nose as the wreck below.
