Thought I would post some pictures of our 1947 from our wedding day. Bought the car which was a basket case and completely rebuilt it in 8 months. Came down to the wire to get her done. I was putting the grill together a day before the wedding. All work from body, paint, interior, and engine done by myself with help from a few buddies and the wife.

Gixxer,

Welcome to the forum, congratulations on your nuptials and your lovely bride, and nice going with the great looking car! Phew, I think I covered all the bases with that sentence, lol. Seriously, welcome; it's always nice to see a new face.

If you've been following the forum at all you already know we have members in your area, although from the looks of your little beauty you may not need a bunch of our help on much of anything. Fortunately, this forum isn't only about which end of a wrench to grab before you smack something with it. We tend to be a loose-knit group of folks from all over the world who sometimes talk about the world away from Mopars and generally try to have fun in whatever endeavor we pursue. Again, welcome.

Congrats! Are you going to take the plymouth on your honeymoon too? My wife and I had my old car and truck at our wedding and then took the plymouth on a 10 day trip all over WI.

Congratulations on your marriage........and welcome to the forum.

Your car looks good.

We didn't use the Plymouth in our wedding, but have transported three

different young couples from their weddings at our church to their

receptions.

Congratulations! That white and black interior sure looks sharp with your tux and her dress.

Thanks for all the welcomes. I have got some great info off the site while I was doing the build. Yeah that was the Wren. My wife was a W & M grad. I didn't know about other P15 owners around my way.

Here are some photos of our wedding with my '47 as well. Had my friend, who was the best man, take his '37 Chevy as well. It was a very good day.
