suntennis Posted July 19, 2012 Report Posted July 19, 2012 I have one of those Tri Five type mirrors screwed to the door near the top of the curved area with the mirror face even with the vent window handle. This works well for me but mounting one on the passenger side same location would not be visible. However if the mirrors were mounted about even with the rear edge of the vent window, that may do the job for you. Quote
james curl Posted July 19, 2012 Report Posted July 19, 2012 Blue Skies used So Cal Speed Shop Swan neck mirrors and mounted them behind or about even with the back edge of the vent window through the door skin. Quote
OldDad67 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 I had trouble on my 52 hardtop trying to find a passenger side mirror I could see out of do to the curved body side. I wound up trying several different mirrors and finally use a driver's side mirror on the passenger side that allowed me to get enough mirror head movement to see. Might be something for you to try. Quote

Ward Duffield Posted August 15, 2024 Report Posted August 15, 2024 Well, what works on a P-15 convertible RHS in 2024?, Hmmm? Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted August 15, 2024 Author Report Posted August 15, 2024 (edited) as stated long back, swan neck mirrors are an added touch but then you got to be willing to modify your car a bit and many cringe at that...thus the reason so many just resort to hanging the peep mirrors on and be done with it....
