OT - - The abandoned snoozer next door that I have been feeding and watering for a week in 100 degree + weather is yipping again. I seriously thought of taking possesion of him but then every time I open my garage door to the alley he'll be out, so too much bother. I am going to have the city pick him up, it's inhumane to leave a dog or any animal in such a way that he cannot care for himself.
