what are the headers off of ?? It looks like you have your firewall welded in about the same place as mine, but your truck sits much higher than mine. Did you use a spacer on the mounts???

Yeah bud i welded about 2 inch risers on the mounts to try and squeeze the dakota radiator under the hood.

They are pretty sweet they came on the truck has a holley intake and a chip too cant wait to get it rolling.

:D At first glance I thought, "WOW, is he going to cut a hole in the hood for that intake scoop?". Then I realized it's just a welding hood sitting on the air filter.

Merle, I thought that did look deceiving but I knew you guys would figure it out. I have been staring at wiring diagrams for two days and have come to the conclusion that I may never figure them out but will keep trying.

Those wires will want to lay out the same as they did in the Dakota so if you still have the front panels from that you can approximate where they go and to what.
