where does this plug in???

looks very much like the device used to smog test liscence plates in Tennessee. I say lisence plates because if you transfer plates from a vehicle that has passed the smog test it is not required to test the new vehicle as the tags have already passed.

...shoot...where "doesn't" it plug in?!

...smog plates...sheesh!...bad emmisions back then didn't come from the "car"....sometime to this day they don't!{kids}
