Some people just don't think things through when they're selling.

If the truck 'only needs points to get it running', then why not put the points in and say "runs great..installed new points recently and it purrs like a kitten".

I'd worry about it not having a running engine based on his ad.

exactly. and the reserve is too high for a non-running truck. you'd have to assume the truck needs a lot of money to get it running. new motor, new wiring, etc, etc.

its only money guys..get the dang think if if tweaks your interest..you will not be taking the truck or your money when you go..enjoy it now...looking back and woulda, coulda, shoulda just don't cut the mustard

Nice truck. As far as points should have replaced them. But whoever buys it more than likely they go threw it.
