I've had several made that are sized for the "smaller" spacer. These are Stainless Steel, anyone interested? I have 9 available. This sizes creates a 1.25" spacer.

That looks incredible. I should probably get one for the 46. It doesn't even have a fuel pump heat shield.

never thought to put a "price" on these....I'll do $15 including shipping in North America, to cover the cost.

@ $15 inc freight, does your machinist work for free? if he does, tell him I've got plenty of small run jobs for him! :)

he's a gearhead and for this project at least he gave to me at material cost. He runs a CNC machining company, so I give him models and he runs it thru the CAD system, so far a simple process for him. I also challenge him to help him learn how to get more out of his machines so its a win-win for us both. I have yet to get the costs for the spare tire carrierr bolts and nut, those won't be so reasonable I think. WAY bigger and more run time.

The new one I have is definitely 8-32.

my spare pump I got from Roberts is 10-32 as is my old orignal/rebuilt one, the spacer I used to model this from was 10-32 as well....best I can do!
