LAKOTA169 Posted April 18, 2011 Report Posted April 18, 2011 Woke up to this today. Last Monday, it was in the 80's. Quote
Dan Hiebert Posted April 18, 2011 Report Posted April 18, 2011 Yep, snowing in western New York since yesterday, too. Not quite that much tho. Beats "my" old record - you remember that blizzard on April 16 in '05 or '06? Every dark cloud has a silver lining, tho - this is something we can brag about to the kinfolk down south Quote
Flatie46 Posted April 19, 2011 Report Posted April 19, 2011 I went to Marine City Mich. when I was 14. I remember it was summertime went to the river and was laying on a rock next to the water enjoying the sun. A big boat [maybe it was a ship, it was big] came by, a pretty good ways out. The water started lapping up on the rock I was sunning on, it hit me and I just couldn't believe how cold it was. It was mid 80's outside but you couldn't have paid me to swim in it. That was the same day I first laid eyes on my business coupe that I have now. Yep, love at first sight! Quote
JohnS48plm Posted April 19, 2011 Report Posted April 19, 2011 We had 3 inches and 34F here in Battle Creek. As Lakota said it was a big change from the 80s last week. JohnS Quote
