Thank you!

Glad I could help out!

The arm rests are not original..just dawned on me. They were recoverd by the original owner. Personally, I like them better the way they are than original with the seat/door panel material.

Are you referring to the front arm rests, or the rear? Mine were in really bad condition, so cannot reuse them, but my 46 front arm rests were leather, to match the exterior color (green). Maybe they were made of two different materials - I can't remember for sure. (I still haven't moved my car to where we live now, so can't go out & look.)

I don't recall now on the rear arm rests, if they were made of the seat fabric (as in this picture), or of the door panel fabric, but I think the former, correct?

I know the front arm rests in the pic I sent have been recovered.

As I recall, they were originally grey to match the interior.

But due to being high use items, they usually frayed - therefore

many have been redone with something that might not match, but

was hopefully a tad more durable.

Hey Bob (or anyone else that knows),

I the picture you provided I see that the car has the hubcaps with the flying ship on them. Would those fit my 38 Plymouth coupe wheels? I have wheel vintiques with the original hub caps on the that just say plymouth.

If your wheels have the clips to hold the caps......and I take it you

are using your original caps......then they ought to work. But you

might find one cheap somewhere to try first.
