That looks like the Hub Cap Remover that slid across the Tire Iron in Days gone by.

I had one on my first 1948 Chrysler Royal from 1973-1984.

The 1948 Chrysler Royal with a Tire Iron I have now - it is misssing.

They could be as rare as Hen's Teeth by now.

I have that tire iron with that remover on the iron for my T&C. It is kept on the iron with a raised nib. All the 1946-8 chryslers came with them.

Here is one of those factory tire irons and swaged on hub cap removal tools from one of my Chryslers.

How about that.....it even is stamped on the item what it does.

Have never seen that item before, but it's rather cool. Looks as if

it could be fabricated if desired. I usually use the tapered end of

the tire tool for cap removal.
