Merle Coggins Posted August 20, 2010 Report Posted August 20, 2010 Appears to be a 48 or 49 1 ton with a lateer model bed on it. Definetly someone's project. Where's the gas filler pipe? Merle Quote
Reg Evans Posted August 20, 2010 Report Posted August 20, 2010 Way over priced for not having a title too. Quote
austinsailor Posted August 20, 2010 Report Posted August 20, 2010 wouldn't you think if you were selling a truck like that for something in excess of $2500 you'd at least have decent pictures of it's good points ? (assuming there are any) and - what is with the picture of the wheel and chevy front end?? he didn't have enough patience to get the title, not sure I'd want to deal with him anyway. Quote
41/53dodges Posted August 20, 2010 Author Report Posted August 20, 2010 truck looks decent for a project, but everything about the auction itself sucks. i dont think he knows that dodges arent worth too much more than just centimental value Quote
Dave72dt Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 I finally looked. I saw a lot of rust, holes, missing parts. He should have stepped back another 100 yds to make it look as good as his story. If he gets his reserve price, mine's going up auction starting at $30,000 and it's not even in primer. Quote
buds truck Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 In the ad, he mentions the "nasty looking spark plug wires"..... they might be the best selling feature on the truck....:D:eek: Quote
